AMAW/CAMAW Reminder
Hi everybody.
This is just a reminder for those interested that we are starting our AMAW/CAMAW challenge tomorrow, Mon, Nov. 25. The challenge is from Mon thru next Sun, Dec 2.
Here is a list of "guidelines" for next week (copied from a previous challenge).
Guidelines:
- Condiments are allowed: bbq sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, spaghetti sauce, butter, salad dressing etc etc
- Drink all your normal drinks as you would on a regular day, coffee, tea, water with flavorings, Miralax/Restoralax. This challenge is just about your meals & snacks, liquids should stay the same
Two options to choose from:
- AMAW = All Meat All Week meat option - whenever you eat a meal or a snack you eat meat, ex. the flesh of cow/pig/chicken/seafood (yes any seafood is considered meat) NO DAIRY
- CAMAW = Critter and Meat All Week option - whenever you eat a meal or snack you eat meat & critter (critter is considered: protein shakes, yogurt, cheese, eggs and for those that use milk or cream in your coffee you fall into the Critter)
On Monday morning, take your stats, weigh yourself, take your bust/waist/hips measurements (ONLY IF YOU WANT) and for fun to see by the end of the week if there are any changes. If you reply to this post and reconfirm your commitment to do the challenge, I'll start a spreadsheet and we can keep track and see results/changes by the end of the challenge. Post what you'd like to achieve from this challenge.
We will post our AMAW & CAMAW menu's on the regular "What's on the menu today RNYers", this challenge is open to ALL who want to get off those darn carbs and/or detox after thanksgiving!!
At the end of the week we will share our results and celebrate our successes.

I will do AMAW!
My personal goal is to lose 3 lbs during the challenge. I would love to reach my final goal of 140 by xmas so I'm hoping AMAW will help me lose the next 3 lbs faster than my recent rate of weight loss.

I would love to join. Thank you for organizing this.
My goal is to detox from the carb cravings and to lose as much Wright possible. I see my surgeon in January and I want to feel good about it. I am currently dreading my appt.
I'll do AMAW :) I just came back from a trip, and my weight is up. I need a reset. My goal is to get back to my lowest, pre-travel weight.
