What's on your Saturday menu, RNYers?
Good morning everybody. Julia - your Ducks were dominant last night. I'm jealous that I can't do CAMAW/AMAW next week but I have to travel on Thursday and Friday and have a work event on Saturday and It will be hard enough just to stay on plan. I don't want to commit unless I will actually follow through and complete the week. It seems like all of the cool kids are doing it though!
I am going to have to check if we are getting snow also
QOTD: winter gloves, golf clubs, gym bag and a folding chair. Its been a couple of years since my kids finished up with sports but I still have the folding chair. From 2003 through 2016 we were at one sport or another most weekends (Soccer, softball, basketball, volleyball, swimming, flag football, baseball, volleyball, golf, badminton).
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: light and fit
Lunch: turkey
Snack: cheese
Dinner: Steak

Good morning everyone! I ate ALL THE CARBS yesterday. Allowing myself to cheat? What was I thinking? I was afraid of that...anyway all the bad things are gone and I'm all protein and will be pounding water today. Lots to do, so I can't let my carb fog get in the way. I'm installing our new dogie door, breaking in the the new dyson (geeking out really) and some other little projects around the house today - the nesting continues. But first we will head to Starbucks and the park with the dogs for a long walk to get my blood pumping!
QOTD - Kleenex, water, umbrellas, floss sticks (I always floss while I drive), gym bag, yoga mat, extra jacket, shopping bags, towels, dog blanket, lotion, brush.

Good morning everyone. Yesterday was not my finest day. Too much snacking!! I know I let my emotions get the best of me yesterday. My Dad really upsets me. I am also struggling with the black cloud of PMS. I hate it!! I went to the doctor and all she can offer is antidepressants or birth control pills. I laid in my bed and cried last night. Today will be better!
QOTD- Lip gloss, chomps, re-usable grocery bags and I too floss in my car.
Food for today-
I am going to go as low carb as possible, I have got to get away from the carbs!!
2 cups black coffee/miralax
2 eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese ( love this breakfast, 25 grams protein)
can of albacore tuna with SG poppyseed dressing
probably chicken for dinner
Lots of water and no ritz crackers!!!
Good morning! It is 75 and humid here but feels good. Even though I'm retired I'm feeling confused about what day it is after the Thanksgiving holiday.
The former owners of our place are visiting next door and I just gave them a tour. Lots of changes so I don't think it looked the same to them.
QOTD: I have reusable shopping bags, a tire inflator machine, a cord to charge my phone, the necessary papers, highway toll passes, a towel for the dog, and sometimes beach chairs are kept in place. On Cape Cod there is also a snow/ice scraper on season.

Good Morning from Vegas!
Have a stereotactic breast biopsy next Wednesday, so working on the house and laundry so I have everything done before my appt. Also, will be checking internet for a Baptist church that suits me and my son better, ours seems to be way too large now, looking for a more quaint atmosphere.
QOTD: No car at the moment, but always had an actual atlas, battery cables, and car fluids I carried in the trunk when I did.
Down 3 more lbs today, slowly getting back on track.
Lots and lots of black coffee, while I make unsalted turkey bone stock.
B: 1egg, 8spinach leaves, 2mushrooms chopped, w/Mrs. Dash.
L: 3oz turkey/lettuce wraps with 1/4cup lowfat cottage cheese
D: 3/4cup soup (turkey stock, korean radish, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and carrots)
S: 6oz carbmaster strawberry yogurt
