What's on your Wednesday (Thanksgiving Eve) Menu?

Happy thanksgiving eve everyone! It's one of my favorite days of the year!

i did the thanksgiving food shopping yesterday, with a run out this morning for a few things we forgot to put on the list. Taking my nephews and niece to see Crimes Of Grindewalt (Fantastic Beasts sequel) this afternoon and then we'll come back and start cooking!

QOTD - I don't have a preference, we've done either at thanksgiving depending on who wanted what but typically do turkey. One year we did all sides and pies and skipped the meat centerpiece since no one wanted it, lol.

greek L&f (will probably have 2 over the day as I'll take one into the theater to avoid any popcorn temptation)

deli ham with cheddar or summer sausage with cheese while doing meal prep

safe travels to those of you on the road/in flight today!

OMG a Thanksgiving with only sides is my dream! Like, I force myself to eat some turkey for protein purposes but I really just want stuffing. Thank god my pouch can't handle 3 cups like it could before surgery. It limits the amount of damage I can do :)

It was awesome! We had all the yummy sides and ended up with more pies than people, lol.

I'm on day 3 of a 2 week vacation. So far I've had to work via telephone and text but it's all good.

Accountability: On plan. Made it to the pool over the weekend and yesterday. I love getting a good swim!

I smoked my turkey today. No way I'm doing it in 0 degree weather tomorrow! Too old for that now! LOL!
