What's on your Wednesday (Thanksgiving Eve) Menu?
G'morning all!
Happy thanksgiving eve! I found out our gym is closed tomorrow, not even a short day. I was really counting on working out in the morning and it's my weight training day. So I guess I'll do cardio two days in a row. Funny, these things now bother me. In the past I would have used it as an excuse not to do anything. But this year I'll double up, will do a 6 miler today and another one tomorrow morning.
QOTD: Turkey for sure. Although friends with whom we are celebrating make ham and turkey.

D: Tuna + hard boiled egg

Good morning! DH and I are on the road to Tulsa, it's about a 7-8 hour drive from Omaha depending on stops. I have a few Quest bars in the car and some beef snack sticks, but I imagine I'll want to stop for something hot along the way.
Im so glad I heard back about the job yesterday so I'm not anxious about it on our trip! I typed up my 2 weeks notice letter and gave it to my manager before end of day yesterday. So I'm off til Monday and then I'll wor****il the 5th. I gave myself a long weekend before starting the new job training on the 10th. The new company (LinkedIn) shuts down for a week between Christmas and New Years, so I'll have two weeks of training, a week holiday, and then another week of training.
qotd: I prefer ham, but we do turkey on thanksgiving, ham on Christmas. Lately my mom has also been doing New Years dinner of Prime Rib.
breakfast: we stopped for coffee and I treated myself to a SF hazelnut latte, extra shot, with almond milk
snack: 1/2 blueberry muffin Quest bar
lunch: hopefully something hot, but unsure
snack: other 1/2 Quest bar
dinner: were probably going out with his relatives, so also unsure. All choices will be protein forward :)
