Money well spent - my Fit*****arge 2HR
I started using my Fitbit a few years ago. The one that had flimsy, IMO, way to secure it on the wrist. I lost one at an airport, either it got unbuckled, or someone yanked it off my wrist in a crowd.
I use the 2 HR. I bought one app 6 months after they came out first, during a black Friday.
I forgot my charger on my last cruise, and by the time we got home, it lost all the power, and the screen no longer works. It charges, and works, but it no longer displays any data. And since I also used it as an watch, and an reminder, after griping about the failure, I just both another one when it was on sale. I cringe about spending 120 for a gym membership, but had no probablem dropping that much on a (useful) toy.
I do like the ability to see how well I sleep and how long. And to see changes in my every day HBR. That is useful to determine how much replacement hormns I need. When I take too much, both, my BS, and my HBR run higher while resting. But whrn I don't take enough, I deal with increased inflammation and pain, beside the Hypoglycemia, and low BP. Finding a balance is a hard work.

I love all the data with my FitBit 2. I had an earlier version and didn't care for it but I like all the information I can get with the one I have now. I probably wouldn't shell out cash for Apple level products but the charge was a gift and I wear it all the time and find it really useful to go back and review trends etc
