Good morning!
I made it to my Friday. I am looking forward to the next 5 days off from work/school/students. Looking forward to Thanksgiving with my family and decorating and some shopping at the end of the week.
I drank 100 ounces of water yesterday. It has always been my goal to get to 100 but I always fall short. I am going to try again today. We have wls support group tonight. Last month was kind of boring - there was no 'topic' and the conversation was kind of free form. I guess the teacher in me wants more structure so I can get more out of it, which is not for everyone. I am trying not to be 'all-about-me' but it was hard to focus because there were a few conversations going on.
QOTD: Chick-fil-A is my go-to for fast food. A salad, grilled chicken sandwich without the bun or naked nuggets are all good for me.
10 months out and back to 165.5
M1: coffee
M2: PP chocolate shake
M3: 3 ounces chicken and 1/3 cup of veggies
M4: cheese stick and 1/4 cup blackberries
M5: not sure yet as we are headed to support group -> maybe another shake

hi all
this is my friday! trying to plan out the rest of my week now- my DH has to work tomm, friday, sat and sunday so I'm all free. I think i'm going to try buti yoga on Friday for $10.
QOTD: I uaually do grilled chicken filet at chickfila, mcdonalds. I think I've come to the conclusion that row food isn't super good for my body and tends to be hard.
I'm on my own CAMAW now, only mostly eating meat for meals. it is actually helping with head hunger a lot.
Food for today:
egg whites/steak leftover
coffee
insides of a chicken wrap
leftover chicken wings
So the guy is supposed to come tomm to install the new countertops so looking forward to having a sink and counters in kitchen. I have a LOT of cooking to do and would prefer to make the mac and stuffing tomm as well as the pie. I don't know but sometimes I feel the food is better the day after it is cooked with some things.
Need to get in steps today also.

Good morning. Today is going to be busy. I am headed shopping after work for Thanksgiving. Our plans have changed and we are staying home. They are calling for rain and lots of wind. I don't want to be miserable camping in a yurt and it wouldn't be safe to crab either, so home it is.
Thursday on Thanksgiving is my 2-year surgiversary, so much to be thankful for!!
QOTD- I was just thinking today what I am going to eat after I get off work and I will be in town. Yesterday, I ate at 5 guys. I had the baby burger in a bowl, no bun. It was perfect. Chick Fil A is good. I enjoy the grilled nuggets.
Food for today-
2 eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese. ( I am going to try this again, yesterday I was really nauseated after I ate it)
3 oz black forest ham, 2 slices light swiss and dill pickle chips
No idea for dinner, probably a burrito bowl from Quodoba, no rice

Good morning. At our work, "Happy Thanksgiving" has become a code word meaning "I'm going on vacation - please don't call me anymore". The "Happy Thanksgiving's" will start this afternoon and intensify through tomorrow morning. There are a few work friends who will text a "Happy Thanksgiving" on Thursday morning and really mean it. In any case, I want and need this break as much as any of the people who work for me do.
My shoes have returned from Seattle! Thank you to the workers at the Fairmont who herded them into lost and found and shipped them back.
QOTD: Not a lot of restaurant eating this far out for me but I would also say Wendy's chili or Bacon and Gruyere Sou Vide Egg bites at Starbucks. This isn't fast food by any stretch, but I went to Morton's about a month ago and had leftover steak for breakfast the next day in my hotel room. Cold, rare and without utensils - it was sooo good.
Breakfast: Sausage and egg

Lunch: deli turkey

I have a counseling appointment in a little while, thought I post before I left.
Last night I didn't eat at support group, came home and ate some of my ribs and sliver of pecan pie and caramel apple pie.
Tonight I have to take my friend shopping since she became ill on Saturday when we got to the store.
Qotd usually get egg McMuffin or chicken tenders at McDonald's.
