Wow, have you been busy! It's so great to see you here again, Karen. Glad to read that your weight is heading down - you are such a magnificently disciplined person, but constant eating out would do anyone in. Glad you're only a very few pounds up from your standard - well done! I know you'll be where you are most comfortable in no time! Happy to see you back!

Short week here, as well. If I didn't know better I would have declared myself the queen of maintenance. I've been 148.6 since Oct 26...not an oz up or down. The problem is I'm NOT in maintenance. Although the original goal was 150 I decided to lose another 10 lbs to give myself some wiggle room. Well, my body is refusing to budge. I'll go with what I'm eating this week due to thanksgiving but come next Mon I'll start AMAW to get the scale moving. Let me know if anybody is interested in joining and we'll start a group.
QOTD: I've been to every continent except Africa...that's the next target as soon as we can get our acts together.
