Thanks Amy! I think this was made worse by the wonky heating in my rather huge bedroom. I dislike forced air heat, but without it at this point it is freezing in there! But shortly after I turn it on, it becomes completely hot, dry, and stuffy. So I turn it back off (it seems only to work on Off or Furnace Blast modes), and in short order am freezing again. It's just hard to regulate. I actually already do feel a little bit better, I've stayed warm, hydrated, and have been taking it easy.

I use a cool mist humidifier in my bedroom. It is the only thing that keeps me from being totally dried out in the morning. Worth the small investment. Hope you feel better!

I'm envious of your being in the 130s! I wish I was back there!! (I suppose I could be if I wanted - but that would involve making some sacrifices that i'm evidently unwilling to make!!)

I am happy to be here too! I will however continue to lose just a bit - probably down to 130. Then maintenance. I don't particularly want to go for the 120's. I just am too nervous about regain to stop at this point. I will still have some anxiety about it at 130, but I will feel more protected at that weight. It seems like just about everyone regains a bit. I need the room, weightwise, to deal with that potential.
