I knew about them but couldn't find them in my area. So far we have only the pizzas. I heard their enchilada is really good too.

Mornin' All!

I woke up with a headache and am not terribly motivated this morning, so I'm skipping class and am still in my pajamas, sipping coffee and surrounded by sleeping kitties. I need to do something productive later on today, though - too much lying around the last week or so. I really need to do some straightening up around here...(ongoing saga...)

QOTD: the only remaining house project for now is doing something about our failing deck. We had an architect draw up a couple of plans for a screened porch to replace it, but the firm he works for estimated $60K to build it. We've done a lot of remodeling over the years so I'm not completely clueless when it comes to remodeling costs, but that seems outrageous to me. After sitting on this for almost a month, I finally contacted a firm we've used before. They're also expensive, but just as reputable. Their estimator is coming out in a couple of weeks to take a look at the site and the blueprints the architect drew up. I'm hoping they're going to be more in the $40K range, but maybe I'm being too naive. There are some cheaper options that some friends have used, but I'm a little leery of going with a place that has no - or very few - reviews. Not sure what we're going to do - but we'll see what Firm B comes up with. We may end up just replacing the deck with another deck, although I'd really like a screened porch.

3 years 5 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries

MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake

L: diced chicken and tomatoes with 2 T hummus on a Flat Out wrap, grapes

AS: Carbmaster yogurt or hummus & baby carrots

D: cottage cheese if I'm not too hungry - or a couple of TJ's chicken sausages if I am

I do not post much in this thread but follow it daily its like my daily vitamin TMI. I was wondering what these 160 calorie meals are.. are they frozen in a box or is it something that you make. TIA for taking the time to respond.

Have fun horseback riding! I'd like to start that again too, on a lazy trail ride level. Too aware of Christopher Reeves to go back into jumping, etc., though I've fallen off a ton of times when not jumping as well. Falling off a horse as an eager, bouncy and resilient kid is not the same as falling at 65, no matter how healthy i am! Still, I would like to ride again.

Good morning ~ Still coming down off a few heavy carb days wondering why the hell I did this to myself, again? I let my emotions get the better of me on and used them as an excuse to eat off plan for 3 days. My fuzzy brain fog is lifting, I'm still bloated/retaining every ounce I drink it seems, constipated, feeling super fat, my pants are uncomfortable, I didn't go to the gym yesterday and I'm not going today either. I feel disgusting. It will take a week of clean eating to feel good again. I'm on day 2 of detox...

The other day I had to get a complete brake job on my car and I was upset about the $. Today as I was leaving my husband said to me - it's supposed to rain all next week and I'm so glad you have new brakes. You are worth every penny. I think I'll keep him

QOTD - I'm trying to organize and deep clean everything in the house. The though of doing the entire house at once is overwhelming! So, I am taking it one room at a time - purging, organizing, rearranging and seriously deep cleaning every nook and cranny.

accountability - spot on

b-coffee x 2, L&F Greek yogurt

l-tuna w/mayo and pickles

d-boneless skinless chicken thighs, w/cheddar and hot sauce

es - jello

v/l on track

e - no

Have a good day!
