Has anyone tried Tespo Liquid Vitamins?
I have trouble with large pills, and thus in the past became rather non-compliant. Has anyone tried these? Fro my research, their bariatric pods seems quite comprehensive as opposed to others 'complete' versions on the market. TIA

They are missing a lot of vitamins and minerals entirely, and only have half of several others. You'd need something else to make up the difference. You would also still need calcium citrate 3 times a day. And the Tespo is very, very expensive.

I had compared their NEW bariatric complete version to Bariatric Fusions Complete, for instance and they seem to have it all. I will check again. Thanks for your response.

The Bariatric Fusion Complete are terrible, terrible vitamins, and vastly overpriced. The recommendation for WLS patients is to have 200% of the RDA of vitamins and minerals, and th e Bariatric Fusion "Complete" has 25% of most things. You would need 8 of those per day, at a cost of $50 per month. You can get a good adult multi on sale at CVS, Walgreens, Costco, Walmart, etc on sale for less than $1 per month. And it will be more complete than the Bariatric Fusion:

When I could not deal with large pills- I used chewable. Either Centrum, or more often - the CVS brand specially when I could get it often at BO get one free (BO-or get one 50%off). i chewed 2 of those per day. I think it called Spectrivite Adult

Have you tried using a pill splitter on regular vitamin tabs? I did that for the first few weeks after surgery and it helped a lot.
