Good Morning Peach and Menu Family!
QOTD: My dad was in the National Guard and my grandfather served in WW2 in the Navy.
Accountability: Yesterday: I'm still eating too many calories. I'm just been hungry ALL the time. I'm eating healthy things now, just too much of them. Protein - 125, Calories - 1,535, Carbs - 196.
It snowed here yesterday, (quite a lot), and has been really cold. I think being cold makes me want to eat something warm.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: microwave meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
Photo Friday: Pictures of my dogs in the kitchen waiting for treats. Sophie and Tippy are wearing shirts/outfits because it's chilly. Blossom, with all her fur, doesn't need one.
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning,
It depends on the weather what I'll do this weekend. Woke up to snow this morning and supposed to do it all weekend.
Qotd I have a friend that served in the navy for 8 years. My uncle served in Vietnam war, where he almost lost his life. He stepped on a land mine but every time they tried to put him in a bodybag, he would do something.
B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and English muffin
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D if I go to support group, I'll eat there depending on what they serve.
Have a good day.
My picture is of Misty laying on my lap this morning. She seemed to grow a lot this week.
Good morning! It is hot and sticky outside here on Florida. Thank goodness for AC. I broke down and got an IP for here so my cottage cheese is cooking.
My picture is a new one of Justice our Florida dog back home again!
QOTD: Of course most of my parents generation had at least one vet in the family - at minimum the husband. My MIL was also in the military as a Navy nurse. Very few people in my immediate age group served though a few years before many were drafted to Vietnam. I do have a couple of friends who served later though: one as a career Navy Seal and another as a Navy pilot. Friends from our hometown lost their officer son in Afghanistan.
2 Years 7 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 23 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: tuna salad, pickles, and cottage cheese
D: taco filling without the taco
S: homemade cottage cheese
