What's on your Photo Friday Menu RNY'ers?
hello all
rough week for me this week- weather has been rainy crappy - did well all wee****il last night when i had some rotis chicken, almonds, and a bite of cadbury egg stashed in pantry. the last item was out of plan but i was having nighttime eating issues. I am somewhat proud i didn't go down the rabbit hole of protein bars to sooth and instead ate 'real' food. still too many caloriesbottom line. can't wait to get back to the gym.
going tomm for my new dexa and RMR - been getting mixed info on how many calories to have so will be good to get some science behind it. also my last dexa was may so looking to see some MAJOR muscle lean mass gains! I'm a bit higher than I would like to see on the scale and looking to drop some poundage.
QOTD: my dad is retired air force, my dad's father was also, and my grandfather was navy.
no pics for me- can't go there today
G'morning all.Nothing worse than waking up to the sound of your pup gagging and throwing up on your bed. 4:45 am. Last night she had a bone for the first time. She hasn't let it go, walking around with the bone in her mouth. There was nothing on the bone it was completely cleaned, there was just a little marrow. But no matter what I think her stomach wasn't used to it. Anyway, DH and I are up and wide awake while the little stinker went right back to sleep after I changed the sheets and comforter.
QOTD: no vets in my family, unless we count my grandpa who was a pilot in both WW for Italy. In Italy military service is/was mandatory so my dad and both my brothers did a year of military service after college.
B: protein coffee
L: pulled pork
S: cheese
D: pulled pork
Nature has been totally showing off during last week. These sunsets are from last weekend. We were in awe, literally standing there with our jaws open.
