What's on your Thursday menu, RNYers??

Hello menu peeps! Happy Thursday!
Busy day here workwise today, and everybody I know has been calling, too, which I love, but I keep getting distracted from what I need to finish. I can tell these things won't be completed today.
it's a gorgeous, sunny day - what a stunning part of the world I live in! I am so fortunate to have been surrounded by extreme natural beauty so much of my life - I really have lived in some knockout locations.
I'm going out to a Mexican restaurant for dinner tonight - I will probably have the inside of a fajita, or something equally protein forward and as low carb as possible. I am kind of excited to see the person I will be having dinner with, so it should be fun.
On Saturday I am driving down to a big shopping mall here with a neighbor I really like, for some concentrated girl time! Really looking forward to that, too. There aren't very many girly-girl types up here. Lots of women are just very outdoorsy and live in fleece and jeans and hiking boots. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that - it's healthy and understandable, given the gorgeous environment we live in. I just want a little time with a friend who enjoys makeup and clothes!
On Monday, I am going on a little road trip to a town called Leavenworth up here - high altitude with a lot of snow in the winter, and there should be some there even now. It's similar to Solvang, CA, where I lived for a while. Leavenworth is full of Bavarian-style half-timbered homes and shops, very picturesque, very touristy, with lots of Christmas-themed shops. It will be fun! I'll be going with my daugher-in-law's mom. She is a nice person, though we have dramatically opposite views politically. I am just going to have to completely avoid bringing politics up!
QOTD: I don't really feel deprived at all, and there's not much of anything I really miss. I've never been a big drinker, thank goodness, but it would be nice to be able to share an occasional bottle of good wine without problems. As long as we are wishing for consequence-free food, I suppose it would be nice to be able to have a small piece of birthday cake or a little gelato, or a piece of Godiva chocolate, too. Or good German marzipan at Christmastime! But to be honest I don't really care about those things much, and can't say that I really miss them. I don't miss stuff like pasta or bread one iota - they were never really my thing! I truly don't focus on what I can't have, food-wise, since I feel that there is so much healthy good food I'm completely free to choose from, and thankfully, I sincerely don't feel at all deprived as a result.
First: 4 huge mugs of tea
B: salmon with a little nonfat plain Greek yogurt with chives
L: more salmon, as above.
D: something on plan from the Mexican restaurant
Sending all of my RnY fellow travellers love!

Hi Everyone:
Another extremely late post for me. Stuck at work late. Administration caught up with my delinquent "paper work" sooner than I expected. Now, I'm being threatened with a 5% pay cut until I catch up. Bummer!
I'm supposed to start a 10-day vacation (more like staycation) on Saturday, but I guess there will be a slight delay! I've been on the computer typing my fingers off. Too bad typing doesn't burn a lot of calories or build muscles!
QOTD: I've been craving veal parmigiana with pasta, buttery toasted garlic bread, and a glass of wine since my 2-week pre-op diet. I can't even have a "slimmed down" version because I still can't tolerate any kind of beef.
Today was not a day for an inspiring menu!
