Im waiting for the tv guy to come fix my di****hink the owner of the apartment hit it the other day with the trailer he was backing up. I've been without tv since Tuesday. I can watch my dvr.
Has anyone noticed on fitness pal that they don't have the food you eat everyday in one spot? It drives me crazy to log my food in.

Good morning~Happy Thursday! Today should be an easy one catching up on little things and working on a project. I saw even more honeybee boxes this morning. They were everywhere and it made me giddy! It's the little things, really. That, my commute was lovely and all the Halloween candy is gone, yay! Looking forward to the weekend - hurry up!
QOTD - are CARBS one thing? Probably potatoes - all forms - such much yum!
Accountability - great. Had the sub in a tub from Jersey Mikes yesterday and learned my body no longer likes iceberg lettuce!

G'morning all!!
Lots of driving today but it will be a gorgeous drive. I gotta do a site survey for an upcoming event in March. I have 3 locations in Bug Sur that I need to check so my drive will be on the coast the whole way down with breath taking views. I never get tired of driving through Big Sur. I am so happy this group accepted my suggestion for location. Most folks don't like the long drive from the Bay Area or San Francisco airport. But this group is more outdoorsy and I'm looking forward to the hike trails one of the venues is offering.
QOTD: icecream and chocolate. The two food items that made me MO. Sigh! My head still wants them.

Today I've not been feeling very good, still having stomach pains and pretty much feeling sorry for myself. Work has been hard today, my software was giving me fits and not being cooperative. Of course it's when I'm trying to get a job done ASAP. Just feeling restless, I couldn't eat much for lunch so maybe I'll stick to Greek yogurt and Syntrax Nectar for the rest of the day. My weight was up again which seems hard to believe since I have been within my targets for calories and protein. Not sure what is going on.
Tomorrow I work from home, so it should be better. Trying not to think about the EGD scheduled for Monday, but I haven't been very successful at it.
