Getting back to the basics
What are some of the simple meals you create where there isn't lots of meat involved? If the meals are good, i can eat them every day; same thing.. variety becomes an issue after a while, but certainly not initially....I can eat the same things for a week and not get board.
I still eat meat, just not lots of it. I can eat maybe 3- 4 small meals a day but was never able to get in the 5 or 6 small meals that my doctor directed me 10 years ago when i had my surgery.
Just reaching out as questions come to mind as today is day 1....after so many years of not focusing on weight. After 15 lbs gain...it's time to focus again
