Unfortunately I've been having abdominal pains that have been waking me up at 2AM for the last two weeks. The bad news is that I have to get another EGD next Monday, and apparently my ulcer is back. I don't want to have to take a PPI for the rest of my life, but that may be what happens.

Yesterday I was low on protein 617 calories, 40 protein, 85 carbs, 15 fat. I need to get 75g of protein, I really don't want to lose any LBM. I will be better today.

My horses new girlfriend, they are inseparable and he is so careful around her. He is a messy eater so she loves to clean up after him.

Have a great Monday everyone!

To everyone who posted their feats of exercise today and everyday, congratulations for your persistence and successes!!

All of you serve as inspirations to me as I continue to try and rev up my own exercise program!

I hope that you all continue to post about your exercise. I know that all of you have very busy lives. That means I have no excuse for not fitting in a new exercise program in my life!

Thanks for being a big part of my motivation to continue to make my lifestyle healthier!
