I don't do FB. Do you think you could post the recipe? It sounds delish!

Sure Cara!
its super simple:

1lb turkey pastrami (I got it from the grocery deli)- thinly julienned
1/2 head of cabbage, thinly julienned
8oz swiss cheese- thinly julienned (see a pattern here? lol)
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
2tsp cider vinegar
12 oz avocado mayo (I think I actually only used about 10oz but it was plenty)
1tsp (or to taste) sweetener of choice (I used splenda but they recommended monkfruit since it's Keto approved)

Chop meat, cabbage and cheese- put in large mixing bowl, then mix together dressing (mayo, cider, sweetener and pickles). mix dressing into cabbage/meat/cheese thoroughly...then enjoy!
it's actually better the next day after it sits a while.

again, if you're only making enough for yourself I'd suggest halving or even quartering the recipe. it makes a lot.
luckily DH and I are both eating it otherwise we'd never be able to get through it all LOL.

Good morning ya'll~ It was nice to commute in the light today! Especially with the heavy fog this morning. It won't last long, but I'll take it. I barely made it to 7:30 last night so we finished watching the Pats game in bed - kinda, between snoozing. Pats won, yay! I am prepped for the week at home and work so I am feeling pretty good. Tonight will be spent finalizing my sample ballot as there are some local measures I need to read up on further. Don't forget to vote tomorrow!!!

accountability - Great - even skipped a SB latte and spit out a small handful of almonds I threw in my mouth without thinking.

23+ mo out, 152.8 - huh? up .8 - WHY?

b-coffee x2, L&F greek yogurt

l-albacore tuna w/SG honey dijon dressing

d-chicken breast

es - jello

v/l - on track

e- gym -cardio/circuit

Have a great day!

I bought the honey Dijon yesterday too!! I'm excited to try it on my tuna today. How much tuna are you eating at a time??

I've had it on salad w/chicken and I love it, but not on tuna yet! I plan for 4 oz (a whole can) but I don't always finish. I can do about 3-3.5 oz comfortably (save the rest for later) sometimes I can do the whole 4 oz no problem. Enjoy!!
