Good Morning Peach and Menuers,
Glad you had a productive day and got a nap in as well! I went to the gym yesterday in the morning and then took the dog for a walk. I had over 10,000 steps before noon! I don't like the time change though, I was in bed at 7:30 because it was dark out and I almost didn't make it until 7:30. I just checked my FB and one of my favorite places burned down last night. Willey Farms was where I went for my fresh fruits and veggies and unique gifts and I am really upset about it. So glad there was no one was hurt and I am praying for the family (owners of the business for 43 years) are just completely devastated I am sure.

edit Didn't take the dog for a walk or go to the gym. My belly started feeling sick late this afternoon before school got out. I can hear things gurgling in there. I don't feel like eating and I will probably just go to bed soon. I just signed up for the reindeer romp and I'm afraid I won't be able to run the 5K. Must get to the gym tomorrow.

Good morning! Today I am formally turning in my signed letter of acceptance for the promotion at my current job--and I'm having another interview for the other job after work at 4. I decided to just roll along with the other job and if I end up with a better offer from them than what my promotion is, I'll take it. But at this rate I'm feeling doubtful anything will come of it, at least in a timely manner.
Scale climbed back up over the last two days, but the only non-plan thing I had was that darn apple cider, so I'm hoping it's jus****er retention. I have been slacking on my water intake, so that's a focus today.
Breakfast: coffee with almond milk
snack: 2 oz deli turkey
lunch: spinach salad with 3 oz chicken breast
dinner: leftover bbq pulled pork

Good morning! Heading to a big work conference this morning, will be drinking lots of extra caffeine over the next few days to get through.
qotd - full body, deep tissue! I like them to really get the knots out although it hurts like heck, it feels so good a few days later!
Accountability - higher on calories than I like on Saturday due to some extra cheese and an extra yogurt; on track for Sunday.

B - 1.3 oz cheddar, 2.7 oz deli turkey breast
l - unknown but they are serving grab and go lunch which usually means sandwich so I have a chomps and a protein powder in my bag
d - I hope to be home for dinner and have a quark or L&F greek but I'm scheduled for the welcome dinner. If I do that, will probably just do the meat and salad.
i optimistically signed up for an 8pm Pilates classs tonight. Fingers crossed I can make it! I have my work our gear in the car so I can go right from the event to the studio.

hi all
stomach out of whack today with bowel issues happening to i'm focusing on fiber and water today. ugh. feel icky.
Saturday I took pups to get nails cut and they got hugged on by everyone. One lady snatched zooey from me and held her while I shopped in the store (it was pet friendly if course) - ate not perfecty the past 2 days with yesterday the worse of the two- just feeling gross in general

Morning, kids. I'm on the train on my way to a training today and thought I'd check in. The scale was unkind today, which caused me to feel fat, which caused me to change my outfit 632 times this morning. Fun times.
i don't have a strong plan today. Breakfast was cheesy eggs and bacon. And I threw a bunch of things in my bag with no rhyme or reason: Greek yogurt; salami & cheese; prosciutto; almonds... And tonight I'm going out for a post meeting drink with my colleagues. Not sure if I'll do dinner there too, or wait and eat at home. TBD!
