What's on your Wednesday Menu RNY'ers?

Good morning and Happy Halloween! I am not worried about eating candy whatsoever. Rob will be buying the candy for tonight and asked what to avoid so as not to tempt me and the first words out of my mouth were "any package with candy in it" haha! Then I remembered getting violently ill from Reese's peanut butter cups once and told him to buy whatever he wanted. Nothing is worth that. Anyway - we get tons of kids in our neighborhood. I LOVE seeing them their costumes and passing out candy. Rob is adorable on Halloween and is dressing like a pirate - he is a big kid!
I don't discuss my weight with Rob. I've never shared what I weighed or weigh now, ever. Last night I commented to him about his weight being 153 and he said no, it was more...so he got on the scale -163! He had no idea why that made me so happy, but I was tickled to death about weighing 10 pounds less than him!!!! It's the little things.
QOTD - I'm heart attack afraid of heights- like shear drops off the side of the road, trails or bluff/cliffs and sometimes even bridges and balconies

I just tried the SG poppyseed dressing on albacore tuna. So good!! I think I just found a new favorite lunch!

I TOTALLY understand! My DH always weighed 175 and it was a major goal for me to weight less than that. But your achievement is a lot more significant. You are almost at your end goal girl!

Good morning! It's been a while. Not much different really with me, still walking or cycling in to work, still doing pretty much the same stuff. It's been a busy fall. I haven't seen much of family or friends and haven't been on here in a couple of weeks or 3 at least, but status quo. I'm doing fine at or below goal, and cruising along.
Menu: protein bar and coffee. 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a dozen thin slices of cucumber for morning snack. Lunch was a bowl of my wife's chicken noodle soup, heavy on the chicken. It was amazing. If I have anything this afternoon it will be a protein shake. Supper will likely be another bar because I'll be running a kid around doing the Halloween deal.
I don't have any trouble staying out of the candy. The bowls on the counters at work or the cupboards. Oh realistically I'll have a treat on occasion if we're being honest here, but those little candies? Nope. Not happening. They're too easy to want more so I just don't take any. I think of how long it takes me on an elliptical to burn off that stuff. Cures me really quick. LOL
Qotd: I don't really have too many fears. I just never really get that reaction to much of anything. I suppose that something happens to my wife or kids. Good question.
I've missed my friends on here, so I'm going to try and check in more. I hate doing it on a phone LOL.

QOTD: my biggest fear is anything ever happening to my child. I also am a little afraid of the deep ocean but since I don't go out there It doesnt really bother me LOL.
