What's on your Wednesday Menu RNY'ers?
We have a food work thing today too as soon as the students leave for the day. I bought a veggie tray from Costco last night to share. I'm fortunate enough to work in a school that is full of health conscious people. I also packed a protein bar just in case.

Yeh I have an emergency protein bar in my drawer as well. There usually are vegetables also. Usually someone brings pulled pork or meatballs so there is SOMETHING protein to eat, but this time we voted on pizza. We have a few health conscious people, but they're the ones bringing the fruit and veggie trays not the protein lol

Awesome! There was Buffalo chicken dip, energy bites, and a whole mess of stuff that I wouldn't even touch. I did some fruit and veggies. Good enough for me.

Good Morning! Peach, it's great that you found the perfect furry addition for your family.
Hubby and I dressed up on Sunday (Photo Friday pic later this week) as Beetlejuice and Lydia but today I didn't want to be in costume all day so I am wearing my Saved By the Bell Zack Morris jersey and will say I am Kelly Kapowski (nevermind that I have short blond hair)

I left my shoes in Seattle. That's not a metaphor. I was running around multi-tasking and managed to check out without packing them. So this morningI have to call the Fairmont and beg them to mail me my shoes. Also, I am limping around today the arthritis in my left knee is acting up. I think it was a big day in the gym Sunday followed by two long plane rides that did it. Hopefully it clears up today.
I am strangely not worried about the candy tonight. If I had tried candy and not dumped I would feel differently, but today I am early enough out that won't chance it.
QOTD: I will leave out all of the truly terrifying parent type stuff and say heights. I don't even like to stand too close to the windows in office towers.
Breakfast: Boiled eggs and ham
Snack: Light and Fit
Lunch: catered but usually these are healthy

Have a great day, all.

Good Morning Peach and Menu Family!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! So sorry I missed posting the last two days. No excuse, just laziness.
QOTD: Losing 2 family members in a car accident on Christmas Day when I was 12 years old left a deep fear of losing a loved-one in a car accident. Also when I was 20 my brother was nearly killed in a car accident and his girlfriend died in it. I try not to worry when Saralisa drives, but it is an ever-present fear.
