Good Morning I've been up since before 5 for no good reason.

QOTD: The thought of giant mutant spiders.Ugh. Ha.

Gym today. Then Doc and then to visit family because my stepmother is arriving in town. (This is actually pretty scary too) My nephew will have to do candy duty.

B: Fairlife latte, overnight oats w/protein

L: salad, grilled veggies, protein

D: TBD w/family

S: protein drink and/or protein bar, apple

I believe it's a latte using Fairlife milk...at least that is what I do. I make espresso and flavor with SF syrup and use Fairlife milk.

Yes Fairlife has more protein less carbs

I microwave heat one cup milk in a quart mason jar and then froth it with my stick blender.

Morning Everyone!

I woke with a headache this morning. I think it is the dry weather and my lack of water drinking yesterday. Today I have my water bottles lined up on my desk and I am diffusing peppermint on my desk.

QOTD: I am not a huge fan of balloons, spiders, mice or scary movies.

10 months out and the scale is stuck on 167.

B: greek yogurt with fiber one twigs

2nd B: PP chocolate shake

L: 1/4 of a Costco Ceasar salad with 4 ounces of chicken and 1/2c of fruit

S: HB egg

D: 1/4 of a Costco Ceasar salad with 4 ounces of chicken and maybe more fruit

My goal is to drink more water today and take Chico for a walk before Trick-or-Treat begins.

Good morning! My interview yesterday went alright, and I should hear something back next week as they are interviewing other candidates as well. I also heard back from the OTHER potential job and should be hearing something today, however I think it will be to set up a third interview, not necessarily a decision.

Today is potluck at work, and everyone pitched in for pizza, but some people brought other stuff. I'll go see if there are better options, otherwise I might just eat some pizza toppings. I did make two small vegan pizzas--we have a high number of vegans on my team at work, and I always try to cater to them a little ;) I just feel bad if they can only ever eat what they brought themselves. Normally I don't have to worry that there won't be a protein option, but today may be a day when there just isn't anything ideal.

breakfast: coffee with almond milk

lunch: im betting pizza toppings from 2 slices

snack: protein shake will likely be needed today

dinner: chicken breast for sure, not sure yet how I'll prepare it
