What's on your Tuesday menu RNY'ers?
Thank you! I definitely feel lucky to have two good options. And I realize that if I do accept the promotion and then turn around and leave, it's inconvenient to my employer, but not anything unheard of or that I should feel guilty about.

How did the interview go?
HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.
Well, I think. I was grading at straws for some answers to some of the questions only because I didn't feel they particularly pertained to my current role (questions about working on projects with a team, whereas my job is mostly self-driven). I probably won't hear anything until next week on this one as there are a couple of other candidates (rumor has it).
In the meantime, I did hear back from the other job, and will get a call tomorrow with the details for the next step, which I believe is an in-person interview. The first two were by phone.

Good morning everyone. Its another rainy day. I am headed to work. Yesterday was a great food day. I could not get all my food in that I planned. The halibut really filled me up. I couldn't even eat it all.
QOTD- I would love a tummy tuck. My stomach is just loose and does hang over a little. I usually wear a slimming tank under my shirts to keep it all smooth.
Food for today, which resembles yesterday because it was so good.
Black coffee
2 medium eggs with 1/2 c. cottage cheese
chomps
4 oz shredded chicken
grilled halibut
Hoping to get out and go for a walk today after work
vitamins and lots of water
hi all
im surviving- the latest drama is that our water is white and not clear after the hysrofracking last wednesday. soooo it smells 'earthy' and can't drink it. guy coming today to check it- may just need a filter but---ahhhhhhh im going to have a breakdown. Then DH pulled the kitchen sink only to find the new one doesn't fit and didn't have a rotary tile cutter to cut tile to replace (tile countertop). so now I don't have water in the sink not that i can drink it anyway. I am using it to rinse dishes until I can properly wash them.
QOTD: I would like to have abdominal, arms and thighs/butt area. It was not as bad when I was weighing 120 but now that I'm in 150's, it is too much tucking into pants.
Scale is slowly reducing from last weeks fallout with food.
Food for today:
tilapia from last night
coffee
protein pancakes
not sure on dinner
I AM going to the gym after work after the wood guys deliver wood for heater.
Wow! I hope your water problems work out soon!

Good Morning! Thanks for starting us out. Work yesterday and so far this morning has been crazy town (and it's not even 8am!) I hope you are able to get your run in at lunch.
QOTD: I had PS last year, basically what amounted to a pani due to the rashes and what-not of the excess skin. I thought I also wanted to breast lift but after consulting with my PS I realized that without any augmentation I would be pretty flat and I don't want the upkeep and potential issues of augmentation (replacing and what-not).
Time since surgery: 4 years 2 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Pork rinds, carbmaster cottage cheese and an iced latte bar.
D: Eggbeaters, turkey sausage link, Mikey's English muffin, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1269 Protein:121 Carbs:98 Fat:51
Have a great one!
QOTD: I obviously have not hidden I had PS- no regrets there. Having WLS 2 days before my 56th Birthday after a lifetime of obesity/SMO/overweight there was definitely no bouncing back happening. PS wasn't even a thought going into WLS... but as I read other people's experiences I considered it. What made me move forward was finding out I had a hernia. If I was going under the knife I wanted it for more than a hernia.
Accountability: Yesterday was nothing like I planned. 2 meals out and leftovers for meal #3. Basically my body was telling me I needed to eat. And I listened. Calories in maintenance range but much higher carb than normal. Back to regularly scheduled program.
B: Fairlife latte, overnight oats w/protein
L: leftover cauliflower rice bowl w/chicken
D: At business meeting- usually salad and inside of a wrap
S: protein, apple
ex: rest day

G'morning all!
The temps are finally dropping, for here, and I love the crisper air. Last night got a couple of pics from DD who is on a fall break and is globetrotting in Europe. First stop was Barcelona. Right now she is in Switzerland hiking in the Alps. Next stop is Amsterdam. I am so happy for her and all the adventures she is having.
QOTD: my body has bounced back after the WL. I was not adverse to PS but I don't see a lot of skin. I can nit pick but at this point I am so happy with the WL that I'll take the slightly wrinkled skin under my arms or near my upper thighs. I will never be in a bikini and that's absolutely OK with me.
B: protein coffee
L: chicken skewers
S: parm cheese
D: tuna + hard boiled egg
Have a great Tuesday everyone.
