Good morning~ Feeling pretty good this morning and have my week planned perfectly. Lets just see if it all works out now - Murphy's Law is real ya'll! Weight is down mere tenths today but to my all time low of 154.5 which is exactly half of my HW/SW of 309 (they were the same #). I have been so focused on getting to 145 that I forgot about this little milestone! It's also motivating me - so good, good, good all around!
QOTD - Neither does anything for me, but if I had to pick it would be spaghetti and meatballs. Cake would make me sick too. Pasta I think I would be okay.
Accountability - ate very little yesterday - eggs and popsicles
23+mo out - 154.5!
