What's on your Mondayy menu RNYers?

Good morning everyone. Its a rainy day in the PNW. I love the rain, but I don't like my kids commuting in it.
I had a wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday. I actually lost 1.8 lbs since Friday, so I think I did okay.
QOTD- I don't seem to crave cake like I used to. I actually fear it. I am not sure if I dum*****t and I don't want to find out. So I'll take the meatballs. My family has been asking for me to make cinnamon rolls and I made a pan of caramel nut rolls yesterday. I was not tempted at all. The old me would have eaten 3.
Food for today-
Black coffee with Miralax
B- 2 medium eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese
L-5 oz shredded chicken with hot sauce
S- 1 c. Tuna salad with light mayo, pickle and onion
D- 7 oz grilled halibut with lemon, parsley, and capers
Lots of water and vitamins on track
Really focusing on lots of protein and measuring everything.

Mornin'!
well, for those weekenders on here, my 19-year-old kitty is still alive. We had an appt to take her to the emergency vet yesterday to do the deed, but she rallied. Not sure about today. She's eaten a little, but not much. She has an appt with a vet tech today for some bloodwork, so we'll see what that says. If she's at the end of the line, we do have an appt with our regular vet tomorrow for one of our other cats (annual physical). We can always just take Ruthie there instead if it's time. If she has to go (and if not tomorrow, it's going to be soon, I'm afraid), I'm glad our regular vet can do it.
Today I'm going to stay home most of the day to be with her. It's my mother's birthday so we're meeting her and my sister & sis' family for dinner, but hopefully that'll just be for an hour or so. I really want to spend most of the day with Ruthie.
QOTD: the spaghetti and meatballs. Although I like cake, I've never been a huge fan - and I've learned that more than a couple of bites makes me sick now.
3 years 4 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with raspberries
MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein shake
L: diced chicken breast, tomato, and 2 T hummus in a FlatOut FlipIt
AS: L&F yogurt, maybe...
D: the birthday dinner is at a Chinese restaurant. DH and I usually order two dishes - a chicken one and a beef or pork one, not fried, with veggies in it. I skip the rice and have a scoop of each dish - about 1-1.5 C in total (not 1-1.5 C of each dish, but in total)
