My sons new cat Lavender is a shoulder rider. It cracks me up how she can rebalance as needed. I never had a cat do that before.

good morning everyone.
my weekend was nice- just spent time with DH and Story, Saturday we did a little trick-or-treating at a local event- they had a touch-a-truck and some other little activities for the kids at the main beach/recreation area in town and it was super cute. SO many adorable little kids in their costumes, i loved it! Then we went to the pumpkin patch and let story pick out a couple little pumpkins and took them home so she could paint them (she could care less about carving- she is all about painting!).
Sunday was a pretty lazy day, I just did my usual grocery shopping in the morning, then spent the rest of the day pretty much just lounging, did some laundry, and went to Ross to look for some pants.
I literally have zero idea what size I am right now- I've been wearing 16's for a few months but they've started to feel pretty loose, so I tried on 16's, 14's, juniors 15's, 13,s and 12's. guess which ones I walked out with?
12's!
whaaaat?
I thought 12 would be the smallest I could ever possibly get to when I started this whole process, but I still have about 40lbs to go! I've always loved shopping but its so much more fun now that I have all these options...I hate wasting money but I sure do love the clothes! LOL...this is why I stick to discount stores and thrift shops, hehe.
QOTD: at this point I'd go for the spaghetti & meatballs. Meatballs first of course, maybe a bite or 2 of pasta, but I really dont crave pasta at all now. I do love a good piece of cake but for it to be worth it for me it would have to be REALLY good, and I am also a bit too afraid of getting sick to even try it just yet.
B: coffee w/sf pumpkin spice creamer, 1/2C cottage cheese & small nectarine
L: spaghetti squash w/turkey italian sausage & marinara w/mozz
S: greek L&F
D: mini meatloaf w/mixed veggies
happy Monday!

I still wear size 12 pants (mostly...) even though I'm at a normal BMI. I am so envious of all these size 6 people! I think I have a large frame, though. I'm not sure I could get into anything much smaller - those hip bones are just too big. Even when I was at my lowest (about 12 lbs ago), I was still in a 12. Boo.

I hear you, Trish!! I would love to be single digits, but I have a large frame too. Even if I were to lose more weight, I'm not sure my size will ever change. I'm a 10/M/36bra and they all ride my bones - hips, shoulders and rib cage!

Thus far I haven't even been able to get in jeans! I tried on two sizes of super skinny, high-rise jeans and could barely struggle into them, then couldn't zip them. Terrible! I only wanted the skinny legs so I could wear tall boots over them, otherwise I'd go for straight leg. I definitely need a high rise. I don't want to spend $200. Or even $100! I saw a pair of jeans at Nordstrom Rack for $550! I walked away, shaking my head. Can you imagine?! I hope I can find some that fit and look decent, soon.
