Reversal of Gastric Bypass
Kathy S,
You had endured a lot. Your procedure took 8. My procedure only took 1 hour and felt my surgeon may have done something or nix something. I still have a malaise feeling in my body. There are times where I am extremely tired and unable to eat anything. This morning, my throat was sore and I started to have back pain. I go to see the physician assistant tomorrow.

Please share all with the Physician assistant. I think what you are feeling is normal so early out but it will make you feel better to hear them say so. I saw my surgeon so many times crying I was moving into stalker mode But every time he said it's Ok it helped me. Keep us posted on how you are doing

Hey Kathy S,
I did see my PA and dietician. I explain to them I am experiencing nausea and abdomen pain. Also, I have not been able to have a bowel movement since last Sunday ( TMI) and I experiencing tachycardia ( fast heart rate). Before the surgery, I never had any heart problems and the EKG revealed I had a healthy heart. They both believe I need to make sure I get in fluids, protein supplements, and try to eat three meals. They also scheduled for me to endoscope next week to see what is going on inside. I am on becoming more depressed about this surgery. There are times where I would stay up until 7 am or 10 am and sleep until 7 pm or 10 pm. I have so much anxiety about dying in my sleep because of the fast heart rate. I told them this they said it was normal. I was told be the PA that once I get in enough fluids the fast heart should decrease. I wish I could be normal and healthy again.
