AMAW/CAMAW UPDATE
Good morning and Happy Friday fellow OH'ers
As promised, I am about to reveal my weight loss after 7 days of CAMAW.
DRUMROLL: 179.8 starting weight to 176.00 ending weight ! 3.8 lbs.
I must say that I have never been so happy to lose just 3.8 lbs! I feel good, I feel lighter, my walk to work every morning is faster.
I've realized that this is how I really should be eating anyway. It was a bit hard on me mentally the first few days, but afterwards, the cravings stopped. If I had really dense protein choices, LOL, I couldn't crave anything, I was completely satiated !
I'm going to take the weekend off, but not go totally to the left and regain everything I lost, but just enjoy a couple of things. No bread, or potatoes, none of those things.
My lower legs and calves have slimmed down to the point of putting on my skinny jeans yesterday with my knee hi boots. Yay! I stopped wearing them because I realized it didn't look good, but yesterday they looked just fine.
My waist and stomach have decreased a bit too. So even though the scale registers a 3.8lb loss, I still see other positive changes.
Lastly, I feel empowered to be able to take control and not be out of control ! Which feels so liberating!
I want to thank each and everyone of you ladies for all your advice and encouragement ! I couldn't have done it without you!
Please the next time a group AMAW/CAMAW is about to start, let us all know. I want to be included !

Detoxing off carbs is no fun, but it's definitely worthwhile. Good for you.
