What are you eating? Photo Friday
Great pictures. Love them all. You do a stunning job with your makeup. What brand do you use? Do you have shimmer on?

Thank you!
I probably have a makeup problem...I have a huge chest of drawers full of it, and I use a lot of different products...My favorite foundation that I always go back to is Covergirl tru-blend. it just works best on my skin and has a lot of shades so it's easy to match the skin tone.
I do use a bit of highlighter...I think this one was by Ciate London- it came in one of my ipsy subscription bags.
then it's all a jumble of other stuff--I use the maybeline tattoo studio brow gel for my brows, which i swear by because it doesn't smudge or smear... a cheap Elf bronzer for light contour, some blush, eyeliner, mascara, and of course lip liner/lipstick which I have another whole drawer dedicated to. and I always use a primer first to smooth out the surface a bit. my favorite is by Rimmel- it's the matte finish one.
then a nice setting spray after everything to help it last longer.
I know it's a lot! I really love makeup though. lol

Good Morning Cynthia and Menuers,
Love that mug - balance is everything!
TGIF! I am so tired and the picture at the bottom shows it. This weekend we are supposed to walk with our doctor. We meet at the waterfront in Wilmington, DE and walk with her. It was going to be our first one since we were at Wine on the Beach last month but with the impending Nor'Easter I don't think we will be walking. Boo for the weather!
QOTD: I have eaten out of my norm and it showed on the scale. I did not like that and I have corrected my ways. I feel like I am living life and want to be able to partake in occasional treats but I also have to remind myself to keep it real and not get out of control.
10 months out today and sitting at a steady 165.
B: PP chocolate shake
S: blueberries and Babybel cheese
L: egg salad or 1/4 slice of cauliflower pizza that I made
S: I brought homemade applesauce but I'm not sure I will at it
D: leftover yum, yum chicken
Tonight is trick-or-treat bingo at my school. My husband and I are dressing out and handing out candy - support your local Parent Teacher Organization!
Below is a picture of my principal and I. At least I get bragging rights for the season!

You look great! Hope you can get some rest though, being tired stinks. You're only a few weeks post GB surgery, right? Take care of yourself!

It is a hard balance- I heard someone say once about never eating more then one meal in a row- out of the norm.
I think putting it in MFP helps too... because if you start racking up too many days and meals out of your zone- you see it.
