Happy friday!! I am at my sister?s today and having a pain with her internet, technology is a pain some days!!
i slept like I was dead last night, making up for the night before. I took the fam to see Halloween last night - it was good, totally a throw back to 80s horror movies, including how they filmed it; I think they may have used actual film.
accountability - I had an extra cheese square and The store here has some different L&F then I?ve had before, including a peanut butter chocolate crunch one ? it?s higher calories and carbs but I snuck it into the theater last night for my movie snack. I did only buy the one, since it seems like a treat vs a normal course and speed! I finished st 688/65/19 so worked it into my plan!
QoTD - I am still early so I?m working on learning the right skills for choices. I want to be somone that doesn?t have guilt because I?m making the right choice most of the time and am balancing the less right choice appropriately.

Good morning and TGIF~ No half day, all day gig at work today, my choice, but still - boo! I have much to do. How so many projects came about I don't know, but on top of that I seem to be finding all kinds of work that needs to be taken care of that I can't ignore. That said, I am grateful for my job. Looking forward to the weekend. I"m feeling productive so maybe those home projects will get done! Here's hoping.
QOTD - I have done both - very few intentionally and just enjoyed. It's usually a mini carb fest followed by self loathing
