What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Hi group. I'm new to these posts. It was suggested to join y'all for accountability. I had my surgery on 8/1/17 so almost 15 months post op. My HW was 280, SW was 262, GW is 150 and I was 168.6 this morning. I've been struggling for the last 2 months, gaining/losing the same 5 lbs. I just want so bad to at least see 150 one time so that I can say that I did actually hit goal. lol
QoTD (I think this means question of the day?): I have trouble getting sleep in. I fall asleep pretty easily, but wake up every 2 or less hours. I usually get from 4 to 6 hours total a night. I wish I could sleep all night without waking in the middle. That would be heaven. lol
Accountability: Well what can I say? I'm a coffee drinker. I drink lots throughout the day. Need to try not to drink so much.
b- coffee (Duh! lol) with splenda and a little Fairlife, egg, sausage patty
l- tuna packet
s- pork rinds
dinner- Power Menu Chicken Bowl from Taco Bell minus the beans and rice, plus 3 packets of Fire sauce.
Hope I did all that right.
I have my yearly performance evaluation today. Slightly nervous. Have a great day.

Welcome to the menu thread! You are correct, QOTD is question of the day. You did your first post just right -- one thing you could also do in addition to the types of food is give the amounts or protein/carb counts. We have some amazing support in this group to help identify where pitfalls are.

Thanks. I don't really count macros right now. I mainly just wing it with whatever I eat. I've been doing bariatric keto and my macros were set at 975 cal, 70 protein, 30 carbs and 63 fat. But like I said I've been struggling and haven't been counting them. I know that is something that I need to work on, though.
Hi all- one more day after today thank goodness get to fly home.
Accountability, I had dark choc and indian food with a few bites of naan. so that was my splurge for the week.
QOTD: when im really tired i don't sleep well and sometimes watch tv and make bad choices like more than one protein bar. sometimes i just make hot almond milk and drink it.

I've never heated almond milk, does it make it tastier nuttier, like when you heat almonds? That feels like a really dumb question but I Am curious!
