What's on your Wednesday menu, RNYers?
My husband lost in that same pattern. He had some chicken legs thing happening but still had a gut. I think it's fairly common for men to lose (and gain) in that same pattern. Belly is first to arrive and last to leave.

Good morning,
I have the day off at work due to going to get my friend that had total hip replacement done and bringing her home and help her get settled into her apartment. Probably will have to take her grocery shopping too.
Misty the kitty is settling in good here. She gives me great joy.
Qotd I went bra shopping Saturday and it was frustrating, too many to choose from and I don't like underwire bras and that is what was mostly there. After trying several on, I decided what brand I was going to buy then the search for more in my size thru the racks but after half an hour I found four bras.
B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and English muffin
dont know after that.
Have a good day

Good morning all,
After 2 full days of no sugar and no carb (except dairy) I feel like the sugar and starch cravings are way down. Also, I've lost 2 lbs (which I desperate need). I'm going out for dinner tonight at Cheesecake Factory so I'll definitely need to make good choices. Anyone have any go-to's there?
Time since surgery: 4 years 3 months
B: SF latte, mcdonalds scrambled eggs and sausage patty
S: Nuts and coffee
L: Plain baken chicken wings with a tbsp of Ranch
S: Meat stick, light string cheese and Diet Coke
D: Protein and salad
W/V: Started
E: None, I see the sports med doc today. Fingers crossed!
Good luck at your appt!

I get the Mexican style and I ask for all the sauce and stuff on the side.
