morning everyone---yes it is still morning, just barely LOL...got all caught up on work this morning and realized I forgot to post on OH!
QOTD: since having Story, we havent had much time to go to see new movies in the theater but I really want to see the Freddy Mercury movie coming out soon, Bohemian Rhapsody--Queen is probably my all time favorite band ever so I am really excited about it.

Good afternoon. Things progressing well. Getting the vacation regain off nicely. Just a few more to go. I did the circuit of classes Saturday at the health club. The had their quarterly program launch and asked at the end of spin who attended all 3 classes. I raised my hand and realized I was it out of 25 people in that class. So I was a little pleased ;) Going to try their new kickboxing class on Wednesday night. I've never attended classes twice in a day. I do workout in the evening doing my trainers homework, but this will be a first to double pack my gym back tonight.
QOTD - I guess Hunter Killer looks interesting to me. Though the new Girl with the Dragon Tatoo sequel will be out soon, that will likely be next (though I better get to the book first ;) ) Gotta finish The President's Missing First. Too much to do to read and watch TV lately. I haven't even watch the new season of Walking Dead or the new Dr. Who launch episodes. That takes a lot for me to be behind. But I tend to listen to the radio or watch fluff while I workout or roll in the evenings. Also the Preds have been on and they are crushing. I actually caved and bought the NHL out of market package to watch. I am loving it though.

I have been traveling so much that I'm also already behind on the new Who! I saw the first episode and did love Jodie's Dr though. Hunter killer looks action packed!

Hello! New member here!
My menu for the day consists of some protein water, a couple of sugar free popsicles, and some chicken broth for dinner! I just had my RNY on 10/18 so that's all I'm allowed.
As for movies, I'm not even sure what's out right now. As long as I get to see Hocus Pocus at some point, I'm good. :)

Work continues to be crazy!
QOTD: I'm not a movie goer but like Kelly I love the Charlie Brown movies!
I had my visit with my surgeon and all my labs including ferritin are really good. Well...my bad cholesterol could be a little better.
Accountability: On plan. My dietician and surgeon are absolutely convinced that I'm not eating enough so I am going to try increasing intake a little. We'll see how that goes.
