AMAW/CAMAW questions
Good morning OH'ers
I started CAMAW last week Wednesday. So far so good. The first couple of days I craved apples really bad, but I survived. I have no chocolate or potato chip cravings at all !
Something is bothering me though. The first couple of days eating the dense protein my pouch let me know it couldn't handle anymore protein, so of course I stopped eating. The following days leading up to last night when eating some foods that I normally could only take a few bites of, I noticed I was able to eat all of it.
Too name a few, jumbo shrimp {7} with ****tail sauce, spare rib about 4 -5 oz, and 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon, and it did not have the same filling effect.
Yes, I am drinking a lot more water in between, and protein for snacks.
I am really nervous.
My weight at starting was 179.8, and shifting between 178.2 {this morning) and 179.4 {yesterday morning}.
I've noticed my legs are getting smaller and I feel a bit lighter but oddly, this morning my legs looked bigger even with the weight loss on the scale this morning.
I am trying not to panic, but I am concerned.
Anybody experience this?
Weight fluctuations are normal from day to day. I believe we all experience what you have mentioned with how much we can eat--it's one reason many of us eat what we weigh out and no more--because there are some days we can eat more. Of course, if you're full before you've eaten the measured amount, stop. You're doing just fine, and make sure you keep drinking plenty of water :)

Ah, so you're a few years out. In that case, the amounts you can eat will probably fluctuate even more. I'm only 8 months from mine and I have "big pouch" and "little pouch" days already :P

I think the total calories depends on your body. If you aren't losing then try and drop 500 cal a wee****il you see a drop-that is what I have read on others replies to this question. Are you tracking somewhere like MFP? You may have already mentioned that but just in case I thought I would mention it.
