Weight gain

I lost my father last year and gained about 30 pounds and can't lose the extra weight. I have even tried weight loss meds and still couldn't loss it. What can I do?

If you give us an example of exactly what you eat in a day, it will be easier for us to advise you.

Also, your profile says you had VSG, but you are posting in the RNY (Gastric Bypass) forum. If we know for sure which one you had, it may make a difference on the advice given. :)
