Good morning everyone! So thankful the weekend is here. The weather is going to be glorious here in the PNW. Looking forward to a fire in the backyard tonight with the family and hopefully something on the grill. These are the days that I treasure. My family together!
QOTD- Fish, I used to never eat fish. I feel like my body craves it now. I used to be a pasta lover, now I am okay to be around it. I am not even tempted.
Food for today-
1/2 Cottage cheese and 2 eggs
L- we are eating out- I am hoping for a chicken kabob salad.
D-something on the grill
Always chomps in my purse
My daughter Madeline and I. She graduates nursing school in March. She has been my biggest supporter. She never left my side in the hospital after surgery. She slept on the little couch next to my bed for 2 days.
Our Josie girl, she stole our pumpkin from the pumpkin patch last week. She literally packed it around all day by the stem.
And then she ate it. I don't even feel like she was sorry! Lol
You don't look like mother and daughter, more like sisters!

Good morning. I picked my daughter up at the airport last night so didn't get home until almost midnight. It was worth it though. She knew about the surgery but I am about 60 pounds lighter than when she saw me in May so I think that she was surprised. Looking forward to the weekend, we have a gala tomorrow night and I am going to see the Patriots play at the Bears on Sunday.
QOTD: Weighing food and not drinking within 30 minutes are the biggest changes to get used to. The not drinking is easier than I thought because I didn't account for the small food quantity.
Breakfast: turkey sausage and egg
Snack: Light and Fit yogurt
Lunch: Tuna creations
Snack: Volpi
Dinner: chicken
Have a great day all.

Good morning Peach and menu crew, I missed y'all yesterday as I left work early to help my folks winterize the summer home, they head back to Florida on Monday. It is nice that I am able to help them out as they have done so much for me growing up and even now.
QOTD - Like most I never weighed or portioned food, I did not journal and I lost the energy to exercise. Now it is the norm for me to be accountable and measure, weigh and log.
B - Protein Bar
MS- Hard boiled eggs
L - Ham chef salad
S - cheese stick
D- chicken piccata
Stay healthy my friends, Mike
