I'm going on a 2-hour horseback trail ride this morning at the lake. That should be fun and great exercise!

QOTD: Keeping track of everything I put in my mouth and the protein and calories in each item. Eating protein for breakfast and just eating more protein in general.

Accountability: Kind of high on calories yesterday. Protein - 75, Calories - 1,545, Carbs - 180.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana

L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: microwave meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

E: horseback riding

Have a wonderful time riding today! I was a horse crazy kid and absolutely loved riding, so much! I still love horses but haven't been riding in a long time. Your snuggly little doggies are too cute!

Plans for this weekend- taking the truck sunday I think to go get our awesome new wood burning stove for the house! Can't wait- it is a good brand name and has a built in blower so Im really happy. also making a trip to my moms to drop off some stuff for her to take for me to the consignment shop to see next wednesday for me. it is really hard to get an appt and the place is an hour away so wed they have a drop off day. she has my neices also this weekend so have to do a drop off with her and see them.

DH is working all weekend and I leave monday afternoon for dayton for the week. it will be a nice a change and with the staffing changes happening here- probably the last time I see my current boss. so lots going on.

My workouts have been crappy this week- only did yoga one day and just got out for lunch the other days and walked in the box stores.

QOTD: I hated anything pickled other than pickles- now I love pickled cabbage, okra, green beans, super spicy foods, kimchi.

You are going to love the woodstove!! My husband likes to cook soup on it on the weekends in our cast iron dutch oven.
