You used to love those Yasso Salted Caramel Greek Yogurt bars. When I went to Florida, I saw them in the store and said - those are DCGirl's favourites. They are really good, but so were the Enlightened cold brew individual frozen yogurts.

Have you tried "No Sugar Added" ice cream. This is NOT "Carb Smart" or other similarly named ice cream. The ice cream is not real low-calorie, but I think they taste good once in awhile as a treat, especially now when I can only keep down yogurt and milk.
Breyer's makes vanilla, chocolate, vanilla/ chocolate/strawberry, butter pecan, and caramel swirl ice cream.
Blue Bunny brand ice cream, often carried by Walmart, has "Blue Bunny Freedom" ice cream that comes as vanilla, chocolate, bunny tracks, and butter pecan.
I have a local supermarket called Weiss that also carries "No Sugar Added" ice cream. Flavors include vanilla peanut butter ripple, butter pecan, mint choco chip, vanilla, and chocolate.
You might want to try one out!
Thank you! I'll try them.
I just need to make sure I don't fall in the old trap of having icecream every time I'm bored/stressed/happy or any other excuse.

I haven't been in a chipotle in years, I didn't realize they had added chorizo! My go to back in the day was Barbacoa soft tacos with extra cheese -- just meat and extra cheese, not a veggie in sight.

I'm the same Sheila, I was an absolute sugar fiend. These two aren't hacks, but the only things that have replaced the sweets I was so crazy about (and the operative word really is crazy) have been SF, 0-carb syrups like the SF Torani Salted Caramel (my goodness is that yummy!), which I love in my tea and my coffee, and blackberries or blueberries stirred into a little nonfat plain Greek yogurt, with some sort of sweetener, like Sweet n Low or stevia, etc. plus a tiny bit of vanilla SF, 0-carb, 0-calorie syrup. OMG! That stuff is what the angels eat in heaven! Blueberries and bilberries are good for helping to preserve your eyesight, provided they have been cooked first. You can cook them, then cool them and stir them in. I collected a ton of blackberries this summer - they are astonishingly prolific here - and I still have a ton in the freezer. When I defrost a bag they are insanely juicy! I think I'll have some when I've finished this last AMAW week!
Got ALL the flavors of SF Torani. Recently I'm hooked on their pumpkin pie flavor to make me feel like I'm having pumpkin spice lattes.
