I'm a pizza lover too. These days I make my pizza in a portobello mushroom cap. I carefully scoop out the stem and ribs of a big portobello mushroom. Then I bake it at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. I pour off any liquid and then fill the cap with sauce, toppings and cheese, and back in the 400 degree oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
I like using the fresh pizza sauce from Trader Joe's and their lite mozzarella. Turkey pepperoni, Canadian bacon, olives and mushrooms are also some of my go tos.

I must be the odd person here. 90% of my weight was related to sweets; cookies, icecream, baked goods. So far I haven't found a substitute. Halo icecream is meh, frozen yogurt makes me dump, don't like the flavor of protein cookies in the market.
At Chipotle I order a bowl (if I say salad they fill it up with lettuce which I don't want) and in it I'll have the fajita veggies, no rice, no beans, chorizo or chicken, hot salsa, fresh salsa and a little bit of cheese. I love it.
There is a Erick's Deli in my area that has really good organic sandwiches. I order the whole thing and just take the bread off. I didn't realize it's a big deal until at the last WL support meeting when somebody said without bread her burgers are no longer appetizing. I always ordered my burgers protein style, even before surgery.
Anyway, if somebody has a hack for banana bread please send it my way.

Not a pancake person. I also haven't had a banana since Grim told me to stay away from fruit when I was a couple of months post op.
In my heaven I can eat all the banana bread, chocolate fudge, cookies and icrecream I want without gaining weight!

You can make banana protein mug muffins. Use vanilla protein powder, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, melted butter or coconut oil (or whatever you prefer so it won't be dry), banana extract, mix it up and put in the microwave. You can add walnuts. I've seen some recipes online and it would up your protein.

Holy moly!!
You might have changed my life!!! I will try this tomorrow. If I can have a mug cake when I'm dying for sweets I will enjoy my life so much better.

Yeahhhhh...sweets were not my thing (well, I mean I ate them, but my nemesis were the savory carbs like noodles, bread, noodles, pizza, noodles). Since surgery, I don't dump but occasionally if I have too many sweets I feel a little icky. They're still not my thing though. I hope NYMom (Cynthia) weighs in here...I see on Instagram (@peaceloveplanks) that she has found some super delicious looking keto desserts!
I agree - Halo Top is not worth the meager calories for me. No thanks. I would rather have a small scoop of actual ice cream than a 300 calorie pint of icy milk.
Let's see if anyone else has any ideas for you! Sorry I can't help!
