What's on your Thursday Menu RNY'ers?
A quick one for me
QOTD: What are you most looking forward to this fall? I'm happy about cozy clothes and tall boots!! and hopefully a wood burning stove in my house asap!!!
Food was on plan- have to keep reminding myself i just need the food for fuel, not happiness or contentment.

Good morning! It's early for me here but a busy day, another DD run for our D&I seminar (this time only 3 dozen donuts which they are offsetting with Ice Cream this afternoon vs the cupcakes); then I'm working a both in our change management fair, somewhere in there I have 7 hours of meetings and later today I hit the road again for 10 days (mix of fun and work!); not complaining just noting it will be long....so I'm going to have some extra DD coffee (If I have to be in charge of donuts, at least there's good coffee as the reward).
Accountability - Food was exactly on plan and I finished ounce 100 of my water as I turned out the bedroom light!
QOTD - boots, open windows and having coffee on the patio in the mornings.

I'll have a light and fit in there somewhere if needed.

Morning everyone!! So I'm off today, but I've already been to the gym, showered and ate breakfast. I'm deciding on what to wear today- I love that I finally have a wardrobe that I can find something suitable for just about every occasion. I Will catch up on my tv shoes until it's time to leave.
qotd: I should have been looking forward to a warm weather destination vacation, but hubby and I haven't got it together enough to plan it. Ugh. Not sure how to answer this question without referencing food :-) I think my favorite things are my cozy robe and fuzzy socks... both of which I'm currently in. If only my tummy could tolerate hot cocoa- it's be a perfect morning.

Just dropping in very quickly to say good morning! We are hitting the road in a few minutes for a short trip to visit some historic sites in Central VA. It will be great to be away from work and have some close time with DW in hopefully a low key way.
As so many of you know, eating on the road can be bad for the plan but I'm packing lots of protein, including Chomps, jerky and shakes, and we will find a grocery store (maybe TJ's) when we get there for some non-restaurant food. Lots of walking though so hopefully it will balance out! Even picked hotels with nice gym facilities so I hope to get in some use. If not, I will use Jenn's 12/12 hotel routine for a workout!
