What's on your Wednesday Menu RNY'ers?
Hi - Its another late post for me. The Eagles were fantastic Monday night! No warm-up group and they played for two and a half hours without intermission. Vince Gill and Glen Frey's son Deacon filled in for Glen. They played their own songs as well as both Joe Walsh and Don Henley's solo work. Finally, they encored with Hotel California and then again with Rocky Mountain High and then finally ended with Desparado.
By the time we got home it was midnight and I had to get up at 4:00 to catch a flight to LA. Well, apparently Joe Walsh sonically blasted a half inch from my waistline because by the time I got to the airport my belt no longer worked. Brooks Brothers in the O'Hare concourse was willing to sell me one for the low, low price of $108. Ugh.
Tuesday was a 20 hour day so I ended up high on calories. Stayed protein forward and I was happy that my blood sugar was at its normal level this morning. Today has been a normal day.
Breakfast: Boiled egg, greek yogurt
Snack: Greek yogurt
Lunch: Omelette
Snack: Jerky
Dinner: chili
Enjoy the rest of the day, all.

Forgot QOTD. I am still working my way through 1001 Nights. I am about to finish volume 13 and then I will have four volumes left. I actually got through to night 1001 in volume 9 but little did I know that there was a volume long essay as well as seven volumes of supplemental nights.
Also I have a 425 page income tax regulation package to read in the next few weeks, so there is that.
