It's cold. That is all.
Accountability: I did so much better yesterday with the snacking. I planned better and I drank a ton of water in place of snacking.
QOTD: During school months I don't 'read' anything for pleasure - it's usually something about math, my current social studies or science unit. Right now I am reading and learning about the earth's spheres. LOL

Good morning,
I have a drs appointment this morning then when I get home I'll have to go to work early. Somebody called in.
Took my kitty to the vet yesterday. They gave her a clean bill of health. She weighed 1.4 pounds. A tiny thing. I really need to get her claws trim but every time I try to do it, she gets really upset.
Qotd I haven't been reading lately but I was reading on my iPad The obesity code. It's talking about why people are heavy due to hormones and insulin. They had some study groups going on in there..It was interesting.
B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and English muffin
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D pork loin roast and carrots
Have a good day
Hi!
It's a beautiful, brisk autumn day here -- sweater weather and my favorite time of year!
Yesterday, I had my 2-month post-op follow-up with my medical bariatric provider. Because of my ongoing nausea and a previous stricture at 5 weeks post-op, she thinks my stricture has recurred. I told her I wasn't that concerned yet because the nausea has been manageable. Unfortunately, last night my dinner did not stay down.
I hope it was just a coincidence. To be on the safe side, I'm going to stick with liquids and Greek yogurt.
QOTD: I need to read and review medical information throughout the work day as I care for my patients. As a result, I don't read books for entertainment. I do enjoy reading short stories or articles in good magazines.
MEALS FOR TODAY:
Liquids and Greek yogurt.
