Hello AMAW/CAMAW Warriors! I'm so proud of us all! I hope that everyone's Day 6 was a great one!

Today is the last day of our Challenge Week! Can you believe how fast it's gone by? I'm still amazed that I adapted to AMAW more easily than I anticipated - I really thought I'd be pining for dairy, but I haven't been, yay!

Stay strong and focused today, and then tomorrow, please post on our final AMAW/CAMAW thread to let us all know your results and how you did in general!

I'll be continuing until Friday, as will Cassie and Liz, but we will post this week's results tomorrow as well! Anyone who wishes to join in is, of course, welcome.

Hang in there, Warriors! Let's kick those cravings to the curb!

The only reason I wasn't going to go another week is because saturday were hosting a campfire picnic at a pumpkin patch and I will very likely not resist a smore that day. However, I'm willing to go another full week of AMAW, that allowance aside :P

I think I can go another full week too, starting tomorrow - I don't have any events planned thus far which would make it difficult. Yup - I'm in!

Edited to add:

I just realized I'm attending a fund-raising luncheon on the 23rd, one week from today. It's for Peace Trees Vietnam (http://www.peacetreesvietnam.org). But I'm in except for that day! Then that'll be it for AMAW and me, until around the holidays!

I'd love to do another week after Friday but don't see how I can manage while travelng/visiting. I want to pick back up in early November though when I'm in Florida and there are fewer food distractions (and more outside things to keep busy with).

I totally understand. Go until Friday and then have a wonderful trip! AMAE/CAMAW is always there for us as an option when we need it! I will do another AMAW week later this year, too!
