Have a great one!
I may have had you beat, up at 5:30 this morning. Something in hotel room was bothering my allergies, so I didn't sleep well. I switched rooms this morning only caveat is now I am in a busy hallway section.
I didn't realize I would have a fridge in my hotel room. I stayed at this hotel before, but they have renovated and added fridges. Yay! So more food, yogurt and hard boiled eggs bought. It is ridiculous I have so much food with me... hahahaha...I planned my day sans dinner because that is an awards dinner. Who knows, planning on a protein drink before and after.
M1: 80cal yogurt cup and small piece banana
M2: hard boiled eggs
M3: Premier protein, apple
M4: Starbucks coffee/ egg bites or egg white wrap
M5: Premier protein, veggies and dip
Awards Dinner- may just eat veggies as dry catered food may send me off the edge the way things have been going lately... we will see.
M6: Egg protein drink shaken and nuts probable if I don't eat dinner.
Ex: They have a nice pool, and I forgot a bathing suit, so I found one for $8 at target. Went swimming last night, and may swim today before I need to get shower for Dinner. Found a park nearby I can go for a walk at, it is supposed to be nice this afternoon.

Good morning~ Sorry to hear you didn't sleep well. Not to brag - but I slept like a baby! I finally got to use my wireless earphones (love them, what a difference!) and I kicked ass on cardio yesterday. I went on to work my arms/legs further and now I'm super sore, but it's all good. I have a busy day, lots to do plus a 4 hour training off site so hopefully the day will go by fast.
QOTD - We have gas forced heat w/ceiling vents and a wood fireplace. I would love a home with heated floors but I think that is more for super cold climates.
Accountability - great!
22+mo out - 154.9 - a new low!
b-coffee x 3, L&F Greek yogurt
l-turkey breast
d-eggbeaters and salsa
es -nonfat Greek w/blackberries
v/l on track

Have a wonderful day!

QOTD:I have a natural gas furnace with a heat pump. I like the gas much better than the heat pump so I usually run it on emergency heat so it only uses the gas. I feel like the heat pump runs too much and it doesn't really put out hot air. I too have run it lately, it's been up in the 70's during the day but I can feel winter moving in. At work yesterday morning I couldn't get warm.
I hate winter in the part of Oregon I live in it is gray and rainy most winters with occasional snow. I also hate the snow and won't drive in it if I can help it. My goal in life is to live where it never gets cold, the caveat is it has to have an ocean and whales. I do have SAD and have tried the full spectrum light and it does help. I don't get quite so depressed. I also like to tan, but haven't for a few years. It's the only time I feel warm, plus I try to pretend I'm really in Maui.
I was good all day yesterday until I got home, didn't eat a proper dinner and had some cookies that gave me nausea. Hopefully I learned my lesson.
My friend is talking to me again and over being mad. Which is good because without him I probably wouldn't have had WLS. He is the one who I thought would have surgery before me, but is still running the insurance gauntlet. He has type II diabetes, sleep apnea and other comorbidities, he's 6'6" and over 400lbs. He really needs this surgery. He's hoping to have it by January. I guess I'm his canary in the coal mine. I've probably shared too much with him, but want him to be prepared, or as prepared as you can be. I love him a lot and want him to be around for a long time.

Good morning menu folks. Up early for my Tuesday routine. Pilates then training. I am actually already At my husband's office about half an hour until appointment time. Today is going to be unpleasantly busy. After training I get to wait for a windshield repair guy to come to the house to fix the tiniest of chips, followed (happily) by the baseball game. But I will need to leave before it ends to go to a financial advisor meeting (blechy), then I convinced my husband we should go out for dinner so I don't have to cook. Go Red Sox!!!
Qotd: Forced air, which I pretty much hate. We have two fireplaces as well, which I do like. The forced air though is just so drying. I miss the baseboard heaters we had in our first house.
Accountability: If I am honest I am going through a very bad time. I am feeling extremely alone, missing my mom, making decisions about wills and trusts and what happens when we die, and coming to terms with the fact that my husband is never going to want to have a kid.... anyway, I ate some emotions yesterday. Nothing terrible decision wise, but definitely grazing.
