Whatâ??s on your Monday Menu RNYâ??ers?
on 10/15/18 6:42 am
Happy Monday everyone! I have been awake since 1:20 this morning. I tried to fall back asleep and I just couldn't, so I got up.
I have been doing AMAW. I am going to change it to CAMAW. I miss my cottage cheese and eggs. I have not weighed myself yet. My stomach is feeling off, just kind of achy.
QOTD- Turn on the coffee pot and feed the cat. She demands it. If I am not awake by 5 am, she is scratching at my door.
Food plan for today=
Black coffee with miralax- hoping this helps
B-2 eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese
L- 4 oz turkey breast
S-chomps
D-more turkey
Hoping to go for a walk today with my hubby. We are both off work today. Lots of water and hot tea, vitamins always.

Hope you are feeling better!

I had to jump in and share my good news...iron infusion is starting to kick in. Hair Loss has stopped I have been losing hair since last December... thank God I have a lot. I was surprised that happened so quickly. And while I am not jumping with energy I woke up the last 2 mornings awake... like get up and go. I was actually at the gym at 6:50 am and didn't feel like I was going to vomit because I was too tired and ate too early. Woop!
I am leaving for a Mental Health conference in Albany in a few minutes and as any good WLS patient I have packed food and provisions for 3 days like I might get caught in a Gillian's Island situation. Premier protein, protein powder, protein bars, veggies, frui****er bottle, sweetener, and one guilty pleasure- Sometsaults. Oh and my baggy-o-meat for the road, this time Applegate roast chicken cold cuts. Ha.
B: overnight oats
post workout: premier protein
mid morning: Fairlife latte
On road: baggy-o-meat
Dinner: Cheesecake Factory- Thai lettuce wraps
snack: egg protein shaken w/water
ex: conditioning day of rowing. Did 2+ miles at various speeds. Trainer had on warm up -75 feet of skipping. I wish I had a video to share- it would make your day...At 60, I obviously have forgotten the fine art of skipping.

Who knew I would love every minute of it. I also have this smart/smarta** trainer all of 29... who likes to see what he can push a 60 year old to do.... I do trust him, and he has helped me so much. He works remotely- want to try? :)

I might at some point.
I have a trainer who has been with me for the last 10 years. Up and down my several diets and putting up with my on again off again depending what diet I was on and if I was losing or not. If she decides at some point that she no longer wants to train me, I might try a new trainer. Otherwise I'm really happy with my sessions with her. I consider her not just my trainer but also my shrink.

Absolutely Trainer therapy...When I was working with him in person he was forced to listen to my ramblings for 45 minutes.
