Whatâ??s on your Monday Menu RNYâ??ers?
Good Morning! Overall, the weekend was nice with lots of little errand type things but it went so fast.
Strange thing: I have eaten the same breakfast most days for the last 3 years or so (over the weekend I'll whip up eggbeaters and bake in 13X9 dish/bake for about 30 mins then portion out for the week****asionally changing what I put on top-currently was TJ everything but the bagel seasoning. There have been a few times I have gotten the weird mouth salivating thing I have always gotten right before I throw up - but thankfully I have been able to just stop eating it and not actually throw up. Well it happened on Friday morning when I had about 2 bites left so I stopped eating and just felt a little nausea but went about the rest of my day no issues. Fast forward to Saturday morning- warmed up my sausage and eggs-ate sausage fine then took a bite of the eggs and knew it wasn't gonna stay down so I spit it out (luckily I was at the table myself). I don't know why my body has decided no on my eggbeaters for now-annoying. Yesterday I was able to eat the egg-white Crepini thing though so I am going to use those for right now.
QOTD: Bathroom and then make-up before I leave for the gym.

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

Sorry the egg-beaters have turned against you. Is there a reason you don't do actual eggs? I used to do egg beaters to save on calories- but it was too annoying to have to buy both them and eggs for the family.
You put on make up for the gym?! I go zombie-ish-- keeps people from wanting to chat:-)

I use them cause I am lazy and for my meal prep it was super simple to put the carton in my kitchenaid to mix them up and get some fluff to them and bake it...instead of having to crack a bunch of eggs and watch for shells and all that- LOL
I have perfected the dab of my face when I work out. I already have so much to take in my gym bag I don't want to lug my make-up too (plus it seems to always get broken if I do that).
Make up before gym?
How? What happens at the gym? Or maybe you don't sweat? I get so drenched that looks like I have taken a shower.
Funny thing with our stomachs I'm not that far out but I have heard from other patients that from one day to another our stomach decides enough is enough. Mat é it's telling you it needs variety.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about the eggbeaters. I just started using them a couple months ago and I love them! Maybe it's a bad batch? I hope it gets better.
