Good morning,

I got my kitty Saturday afternoon and caught up with two school friends. Then later I went to my brothers chili cook off party. Didn't win this year. Sunday went to church and ended taking a three hour nap with my kitty. I went and saw my dad for a few hours.

Accountability was out the door all weekend, starting today to do better.

Qotd play with my kitty, go to the bathroom, ge****er and take my meds, feed kitty, make breakfast, while eating I sit in front of my therapy light and read this forum, make coffee and take shower.

B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and English muffin

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D depends what they serve at support group or protein bar.

Ill keep telling myself no dessert tonight at support group.
