Thanks! It is good for me to see my body move. I still feel like the clumsy fatso!

Wow, Janet! How cool is that! Now, I know a famous rock star! Seriously, you're amazing. You are so well toned and you did the exercises like you were holding balloons instead of weights. I sure can tell that you have been working out really hard. You're a great role model for me. I haven't been cleared for more strenuous exercise than walking yet.

Just start where you are and keep going. When I had RNY 2/28/17, I could walk the 2 blocks from the train to my office without stopping to rest. I started on the afternoon I had surgery shuffling the hospital hallways. When I got home, I started walking very slowly on the treadmill for 3 minutes at a time a couple of times a day. I just kept at it every day all that I could do. It is a real challenge but the key is to start wherever you are doing whatever you can and just keep going.

You look so young, vibrant and healthy. You should wear those types of clothing all the time. You look so tiny. The other day you posted a picture that did not seem very flattering. The sleeves and bustline hit your tiny body in the wrong places. This makes you look fantastic. Your enthusiasm makes me want to grab the weights. Congratulations!!
