AMAW/CAMAW week!

Dear friends,
Wishing all of you a great week as we launch AMAW/CAMAW! We will continue from today, October 10, until Tuesday, 10/16, then let's post to see how we all did! Make sure you know where you began, weight-wise, and if you wish, take your measurements, too. I'm really interested to see how the week will go! Onward and downward, my friends!

Day 1 of CAMAW went well for me although a bit higher in calories than I like due to a burger on the menu; I usually offset that with lower calorie options like L&F and PP but I'm trying to minimize those; I feel ready for day 2 and have a plan that's CAMAW compliant but within my more comfortable calorie range and still meets my personal minimize goal for the yogurts and shakes.
