Good Morning Peach and Menu Family!

QOTD: I got a flu shot and the nurse commented on my "little bitty arm" and said she only stuck the needle in partway because my arm was so tiny.

Accountability: I've been on a sweet eating binge and the more sweets I eat the more I seem to crave them. When does AMAW / CAMAW start? I think I need it!

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: microwave meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt

E: walking dogs

Have a wonderful day everyone!

~ Karen

Good morning! I should be picking up DS' new kitty from the shelter today. It will be very interesting to see what Justice thinks of it. He keeps taking one of the kitty toys that DS bought and bringing it into his bed. A picture of Lavender is below for any cat lovers. Though it will be DS' cat and staying here when we go to Florida, I'm excited as it has been 40 years since I've had a cat in my house (I always had one prior to that growing up and as a young adult, plus my mother and eldest DD always had cats).

QOTD: NSVs are more recurring since I've been in maintenance for a while, but one which I enjoy is the ability to walk as long as I want without having a back ache. At my HW, I couldn't even walk my neighborhood without back pain.

2.5 Years post-op (maintaining below goal for 22 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Deli chicken and cottage cheese

D: Salmon

S: homemade cottage cheese with torani SF syrup
