Sorry to hear about your headaches and nausea. I agree with the others about more water intake. I hope your doc can help you with this.

I'm on the opposite end of weather, we jumped right into pre-winter, it seems! It's been dark and dreary and raining literally all month so far. I'm desperate for some sunshine. We need to dry out, and I need to go clean up the garden before it all rots, if the produce I have left hasn't by now. It's a soggy, muddy mess.

Qotd: I can't think of a new recent one. I've been stalled at my current weight for almost two months and I'm super discouraged. Hopefully AMAW will kickstart that.

Menu: I'm not sure when we were officially starting AMAW, but I'm starting today. I'm going to try to go full beast mode and do strict AMAW, even though I love cheese and cream in my coffee...

breakfast: black coffee, 3 oz sliced ham

snack: tuna creations

lunch: chicken thigh

Afternoon: 3 oz turkey

dinner: Mississippi pot roast

Good luck Cassie -- you are stronger than I am, I couldn't give up the cheese for this first go round. I am starting CAMAW today too though!

I picked the last of my peppers and dug up the onions last night. Gardening 2018 is over for me.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I still had some peppers on, but I think most of my tomatoes were finished. I'm hoping it's dry enough tonight to gather the peppers. I need a good dry day to pull everything up for compost though. Then I'm done gardening for the year except for the kale, I'll leave them and harvest straight through to the first snow. I started a fall crop of green beans but we just haven't had the sun. I might have 3 single beans out there lol
